Our product will usually ship within 5 business (special orders may take longer) days via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Free shipping within the Continental US (48 states). Special shipping prices are available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Email us directly for more information. Our carriers provide curb side delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery.

Warranty

Our products carry a twenty year limited warranty from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt must be presented along with the date and location of purchase. The terms of the warranty are as follows; The item must have structural or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping company. The terms 'structural damage' and 'aesthetic damage' shall be defined on a per item basis by Montana Woodworks® Inc. The solid wood, edge glued panels used in casegoods, tables, etc. are not intended for exterior use. Placement and/or use under such exterior conditions will invalidate the warranty. Be prepared to send photos of the damage.

Return Policy

We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. You must provide a copy of the original receipt and location of purchase. The 90 days start on your date of purchase and we must receive your request before the 90 days end.

SPECIAL OFFER COUPONS: Coupons are LIMITED TO ONE TIME USE by each customer and/or household.
